Prescription Terms
i. The products sold on the site contain cannabis leaf extracts and therefore, in accordance with the relevant laws, will be sold to a customer only if a valid prescription from a qualified doctor is produced and the same is verified by HempLife.
ii. HempLife has partnered with CareAyu to offer you certain services, it being clarified that CareAyu is an independent service provider and HempLife shall not be liable for any acts or omissions of CareAyu. Therefore, we request you to use your own judgment before availing of any services from CareAyu.
General Terms
i. The products that are sold on the site are infused with cannabis leaf extract, and therefore, the products contain a variety of cannabinoids, including THC, THCa, CBD, CBDa, CBG, and CBN, as well as terpenes and other compounds such as flavonoids, proteins, phenols, sterols, and esters.
ii. A maximum of three 30ml bottles will be sold to you per valid prescription.
ii.It is strongly recommended and advised that you consult your doctor before consuming any of the products listed on the site in order to avoid any negative effects.
iii. Pregnant or breastfeeding mothers should not consume any of the products that are sold on the site, as the same may harm you or your baby.
iv. Consumption of this medicine may impair your ability to drive or operate machinery. Please use extreme caution, as HempLife will not be liable for any acts that result as a consequence of this.
v. In the event of any adverse effect or medical emergency, please contact your doctor immediately.

viii. Once your prescription is verified by HempLife, the products that have been purchased by you will be shipped within seven business days. Further, HempLife reserves the right to cancel your order with no reason being assigned for the same.
